I’d like to have a much slimmer and angular face. I don’t really want to have an oval face shape but more of a triangular one (see  picture 2 to get an idea of the kind of face shape I would ideally like to get)

 My face is round and I also have very chubby lower cheeks (due to my genetics). Could you please advice which operations

 would be required do achieve something as close as possible to my desired result and give me a price quote?
